<<<<<<Help Chirodoc ! I woke up Wednesday, my day off, and my upper back was in about as good as shape as the market has been performing the last few sessions.

....try this exercise: move your head back (like you are on your back--pushing your head against the bed) the way a pigeon does. just move it back and not forward. this is called a chin tuck and should give you some relief if you do if a few times, every couple hours.

.....also hold one wrist behind your back and pull down to the floor while you bend your head to the opposite side. this will stretch the side of the neck.

....see if you can figure these out--look for "treat your own neck" by robin mckenzie, p.t.--a good summary of how to loosen up your own neck. a good physical therapist might help. if you look for a chiropractor--be very careful to find a gentle one who will treat you once or twice and not sign you up for a lifetime policy.

....CKFR has been stable--nothing to wirte home about. but since my cost is 19 per share i ain't hurtin'.

.....i'm moving slowly into biotech, internet, telecos, and oil dirllers to ride out this storm. i am also looking into pointcast--the new ipo. i may pick up some on the downdraft after the ipo. what do you think about them?
