I think the REAL goal of stripping would be to hand over all the weapons (nukes included), all the technology, all the resources to the UN or UN on Steroids World Govt who will be the "caretaker" of the weapons to make sure they aren't used and as "caretaker" of resources for sharing (See SHARE Intl a weirdo New Age NGO to the UN). Then BAM! the next thing you know the UN is taken over by a misanthropic Hitler on Steroids who will use the weapons on the unarmed and defenseless and deprive all resources from everyone.
