Melkon Those are some great thoughts. I would never have thought of this as a revolutionary idea, I just thought collectively we may have a larger voice than individually. All your inputs on how to pull this off (If they say yes, if we get to 1%) will not only be welcomed, but needed.

Thanks again

Craig P.

Melkon,

"Maybe we can even take them a cheer-me-up gift. Imagine what that'll do to employee morale -- knowing that a lot of investors are in their court cheering them on"

Heck, I'll bake a cake, and we'll sing "We are the World."

Get real. CMYI management does not need this headache.

To Melkon and Craig: Very well said...we're not winers, we're the good guys being whip-sawed by the evil forces of the dark, lurking short manipulators, and we know management is as bothered by this unfairness as well. Does anybody know the Gradners? If anyone would be interested in this, they would be. How about news of this showing up on TMF's "Front Page"...another grass roots effort! Matter of fact, I'm going to collect a list of the posts relating to this and drop them a line myself. The Cymer board at TMF is pretty tame compared to this...I'd guess everyone who looks at it is probably already here.
Craig, perhaps the Transfer Agent could give you an idea of the number of shareholders total. My hunch is that Cymer's mgt is not unapproachable...you'll get a meeting, and it'll be positive. Does CYMI have an internal PR staff? I'd suggest you skip 'em....their job is to
"protect"....go to the top....we're owners, not supplicants. Chaz.

Melkon, I really like your slant on how this meeting should go. We want the mgnt. and workers to "win one for the gipper"(us little shareholders). A cheer me up gift would be a nice touch. It would also make a hell of a news story, that could be picked up nationally. This is very exciting. I think we should really look at Melkon's post and use it as our model for the visit by TechHunter.

Steve

I agree with Milkon ... I also think that by the time you get visit
with management the stock will be up again. Looks like alot of tech
stocks are comming out and stating out right that Asia will not hurt
them. Also greenspan stated that woes in southeast asia will have
little effect on the US. I have nothing againt getting info ... If
thats what this visit's about put me down for 4.5k shares
