yeah, I HAVE... if it breaks 40, I'll sell Jan covered calls and buy puts, probably jan 37.5's, if it hits only 35 or so I might sell half the 30's (calls) and hold the rest till the next day The trick here is not to be too balsey just to be balsey... these are big buck bets, for me anyway..., will rely here on my broker who knows Gunnar very well and my broker was former CFO of PW and head of PW Capital Markets and former head of Capital Markets trading for Morgan Stanley in Singapore...(he made GOBS trading in the late 80's, Fixed Income, Global) he lived the markets, is fairly young(39-40'ish) and very connected... threw in the NY corporate life as a BIG and moved to San Diego to become a broker... has mucho bucks under management and has a very smooth hand on the pulse of Japan and Asia... I wanted to short HK on black monday two weeks ago and he held me back... I WILL listen to him here...35 will be a tough # on the 20th... too close to the middle of what I want... but as we all know... its not what WE want... we'll see soon enough... I will be glued to my screen ALL DAY THURSDAY AND FRIDAY... good thing I have real time quotes, we'll see soon enough...
