Ted thinks Chris Christie will get recalled too. But not Andrew Cuomo who has to balance a big budget deficit too. NY public pensions up 10 fold in 10 years. Ut oh...

I see Jerry Brown is trying to go the tax hike route in California...kicking the can down the road of course.
