We're just finally seeing the impact of the locked up shares coming to market, in addition to a nasty time for techs generally. The craziness of dealing with a 2 1/2 million share float is over with, and this is the opportunity I've waited for. If you want the stock, I wouldn't try to play it too fine by waiting for a better price. This is the better price.

Greg,,

Normally I agree with you. But I don't think that these prices will be around much longer.

Consider that there are hundreds of individual investors that currently have an interest in owning RMBS's stock due to its recent decline (call them bottom fishers anonymous). Many of them may be silently reading our posts. They don't want to commit to a purchase until the stock starts moving up.

A friend recently told me that the market frustrates most of the people most of the time. Now, what can happen to make sure that the fence sitters don't benefit from RMBS's recovery? That's easy. The stock needs to make most of its upward move in a very short period of time, maybe three or four trading days. If the stock moves quickly, only the long suffering will benefit. That 's what I think will happen. I think the bounce has started.

If you look at RMBS's chart from dbc.com, that chart shows a 50 day moving average line. RMBS's stock traded at about 65% of that average at the low yesterday. That is usually a sign of being very oversold. Also, the start in options trading should create some new demand for the stock as most open interest positions are calls and most market makers hedge off the sale of calls by owning the underlying stock. Finally, I mentioned the similarities to Netscape in yesterday's post. When NSCP turned, it moved violently. Check out the chart for NSCP between Feb. 1, 1996 and May 1, 1996.

I hope I'm right.

Regards

David
