The average Milwaukee Public School teacher will be receiving $100,005 in compensation this year – $56,500 of that is in salary, and a whopping $43,505 is in benefits.

That seems pretty good for 9 months work.

PS: We don't blame the teachers - we blame the unions.

Don't know where you are from but here we pay our teachers well and don't blame them for the breakdown of society.

Teachers everywhere, however, can and will do better once they stop relying on unions to keep expectations low and instead strive for excellence.
