John, condensate is a petroleum liquid that is produced along with the gas. Condensate comes out of solution in the gas due to reduction in pressure and increase in temperature. It is also extracted by special equipment at the surface.

Condensate is of high quality (low gravity) and brings a higher price than crude oil. A pumper once bragged to me "The condensate from my gas wells is so good I run my pick-up on it".
