ok I thought about buying UHCO just to prove to myself whether its counted twice or not..
But hell I don't want to own that stock again..

SO I did a internet search and came up with an article talking about the different exchanges. But here is a small quote from the article

Meanwhile, volume surged on the major markets in 1996, although
comparing Nasdaq's volume with that of the Big Board is a tricky matter.
That's because on Nasdaq's dealer market, a single trade is frequently counted
as one purchase and one sale, while on the Big Board's auction market, the
majority of trades are counted as a single transaction. The different methods
result in what some consider double-counting of Nasdaq's true trading
volume.

SO the real volume can be anywhere from 337,450-674,900
