Here's the key

The Senate requires a quorum to take up any measures that spend money.

But Republicans on Wednesday split from the legislation the proposal to curtail union rights, which spends no money, and a special conference committee of state lawmakers approved the bill a short time later.

hmmm.....now where on earth did I hear that mentioned about 2 weeks ago? I can't seem to remember - I just recall the person had a brilliant mind for politics. He also seemed incredibly humble and level headed too.

I'll be right back

I'm going to go down to the Remmington food mart.

I feel the need to stock the pantry and load up on guns and ammo

It wont matter....guns and food serve no purpose during NUCLEAR WINTER

Woo Hoo! The Wisconsin Republicans decided to grow a set and get this off stalemate. More power to them. I look for a week or so of angry demonstrations by the local communists.
