You know my concerns with that. It has nothing to do with Madison being "home." It has everything to do with accomplishing goal with the least amount of backlash. Beyond that....Reagan knew Iceland was a better place to initiate the end of Soviet Communism than Moscow. Madison is the union equivalent to Moscow. In the back of my mind I'm wondering if Walker will use this differently. He could now approach the Union and inform them that they can either rationally negotiate OR he's been given the authority to essentially impose the death penalty
