<<Anybody can guess that CREAF will have major announcements next week, and they
probably will be right...>> Wrong!

Jon, your memory is not what is used to be - you see we are not talking about your garden variety major announcements.

Rather, we are talking the mother load of all announcements ... the infamous "Industry-WOWING" Announcements, which, by the way, are now only two (2) trading days away!

While at COMDEX, I expect Sim and crew to discuss all three (3) "Industry-WOWING" Announcements

First, we can expect the PCI that Sim hinted at during the conf. call

Second, the first "industry-wowing" partnership.

Third, the second "industry-wowing" partnership.

Listening to the thread, it seems like everyone who is even remotely interested in Creative knows that there is going to be some major announcements come Monday. Many have geared into this stock as well on the hope of a short term breakout.

What could it potentially be that is so incredibly positive ?
The only thing I can think of which will probably double the PE on Creative is a strategic partnership with Intel where Creative becomes the primary R&D for Intel's audio and they share revenue/royalties from audio earnings streams.

Other than this, I'm really trying hard to figure what could be so positive that it will sustain a rally in the share price, near term.

Any guesses anyone ?

After this announcement, the next thing that analysts/investors can look forward to will be the results, and that is probably due in January. Perhaps we can hope for another joint series of earnings upgrades/BUY reiterations from analysts. That is another possibility. Other than these, are we kinda being excessively bullish for a short term rally ?

IMHO
PS. I'm still long CREA (prefer to play this long term) on core position,
but have halved out at a recent high last week
