Obama made the DJIA go back over 12K until he makes it go back under 12K. I guess Kenneth tires of announcing the DOW breaking over 12K.

Resistance levels on the way up are usually support levels on the way down. This time I wouldn't count on it.
The nation is currently leaderless. The man in charge is indecisive. He is incapable of making decisions in fear of being wrong. It may go back to his childhood when all his parents abandoned him. He may be harboring fears of again being abandoned.
