I too own NRP, as do others on the board. All they said was:

The only aggressive name on the list of names coming off is Deere (DE). We prefer investors ring the register on this low-yielding play at this time. As for the other names, there are some that are underperforming of late and there are others that could potentially be a bit more volatile (since they have relatively low market caps) in the near term. We prefer investors not add any new capital to the names that are removed. In the meantime, always consider a strategy to trim/sell any positions that fall 25% or more from their 52-week highs. Examine any stock that falls this far closely to see if there are fundamental reasons the stock is falling.

I sometimes think they tweak with their portfolio recommendations as much to justify the membership fee than for actual legitimate reasons. JMO, but I do not intend to sell NRP based on their recommendation.
