Was watching the history channel earlier today about the 1936 Olympics. The Nazis took down all signs derogatory to Jews or prohibiting Jewish movements and ordered the retail vendors to be obsequious to all ethnicities in attendance. US black athletes were disbelieving they were treated so much better than at home. Of course, once the Olympics were over, it was back to business as usual...
