No, not at all... okay, if the market fails to reach the VP assigned to that date it is not an automatic buy signal... if/when the market hits the VP, it means that the selling has been exhausted for the moment and that a reversal is likely... if the market is weaker than normal, then the reversal may only be for a few hours before more selling begins... if the market has inner strength, then the market should snap back... if the market is still very strong, then it will not reach it at all... if the market is really weak, then it may only stall at the VP and then keep moving lower... but in any case, it is NOT a buy signal... a buy signal is a buy signal and has absolutely nothing to do with vertical prices... any more clear?
