M, Eugenics and women practising it you mentioned, (applies I guess also to broadening of gene pool as a partial explanation of Flynn effect you have mentioned before..).. Women aren't getting too much practice at that yet in the areas of the world with the highest birth rates I bet, if any of substance.. hence swimming upstream... as opposed to be washed out to sea... Looking at what passes for entertainment in much of the developed world today... could argue that the Flynn effect has at least reached an intermediate top in much of developed world.. how then can we arrive at real ownership of government by the people ... which yes would be great... TBS
