I'm with you on this Loco. I can't comment because what I would say certainly would put me on Homeland Security's list -- assuming I'm not already there.

The United States needs to build many more jails, prisons, and, execution centers and use them.

Ignore the left-wing nonsense that proclaims the United States is too harsh on crime in general and minorities in particular.

The fact of the matter is that the nation has two types of citizens -- those who are peaceful, civilized, and law-abiding, and those who are unlawful, uncivilized, and prey on the innocent.

The incorrigibles must be destroyed.

When someone commits a violent crime, such as homicide, forcible rape, unprovoked assault, and armed robbery he should be expediently tried and executed.

For other serious crimes that result in probation, jail, or prison, a full investigation into the person's life should be conducted. Teachers, classmates, acquaintances, friends, peers, parents, and other relatives should be asked if he or she would be surprised or shocked if the subject ever engaged in a violent act, such as murder, rape, assault, or armed robbery, to hurt another person. Then have behavioral scientists examine the results. Have geneticists examine the subject's DNA. Have psychiatrists and psychologists examine the subject's psychiatric and psychological profiles. Learn if the subject poses a danger to society!

If the consensus among those who were interviewed indicates that he is a potential danger to society, do not release him back into society!

This practice would greatly reduce the number of cases where we read headlines such as:

Killer's former teacher says she is not surprised by today's mass killing. Once feared for her own life in class. Feared this would happen someday. Former classmates feared the same!

and...

Convicted felon on parole storms supermarket in shooting rampage! 13 dead!

and...

Three-time convicted felon rapes 4-year old girl in her own bedroom! Authorities feared this would happen!

If everyone who knows the person, plus the psychiatrists, psychologists, and the subject's own DNA proclaim, "Danger!", the authorities must act accordingly to save lives.

I wonder how many of the teachers in the school of the 11-year old girl's rapists would say, "I was afraid something like this would happen! Those thugs terrified me and my other students daily and routinely threatened us." For the adult rapists in the case, the ones in their 20s, how many of their co-workers would say the same?

The warning signs are often there. Corroborate the signs and act! Innocent lives are at stake!
