George excuse my stupidity but I don't follow the middle of the last paragraph of your post.

"You have MM that may feel cheated that they may not be part of
the next round of IPO funding that may want to get out fast. "

Could you explain a little further for me. TIA

Also I thought we had the following OBV ratios prior to today.

buy sell
52% 48%
74% 26%
73% 27%
56% 44%

I agree that we will see volatility in the next couple of weeks but remember that volatility is non-directional.

George,

It's not that my imagination has been starved during the quiet period, it's that lots of factors have been feeding it. I don't have to carry around negative baggage anymore. That's what the S-1 is all about. ¨ No es lo? And that's the reason people have been 'staying away in droves.'

Geez, I've been wrong before but I see a lot of factors cutting through the gloom that the quiet period sponsored (Putting a communication company through a quiet period is a little like having an asthmatic test cigarettes). Once people find out how popular FTEL is, don't you think they'll change their 'magic target'? Don't you think the MMs are going to grab their only chance to make the quiet period the bad guy? Don't you think Franklin has a chance to a fair trial, now? Don't you think the word will get out once investors find there's a little upside momentum? And on and on.

I've seen companies lie to the SEC in their 10-Q's. But most investors think it goes the other way, ie that a company doesn't have to be trusted until it starts reporting. 80% of investors that would invest in FTEL, would have waited at least until now for that reason. They just wouldn't trust it until it became reporting. While the bandwagon hasn't yet pulled up to the gazebo, you can hear the laughter.
