You think two off-budget WARS are FREE? WARS are ruinously expensive. Ask Odumbo and what about his ridiculous idea for terrorist trials on USA soil - that would have cost a fortune. I see he finally saw reason and decided to do exactly what Bush began.

The wars where a fairly small part of the spending increase. Most of the extra spending was in areas where the Democrats kept saying Bush wasn't spending enough.
