First things first -- what's keeping the stock price down? -3% earnings surprise? The drop didn't begin then, I believe, but when the announcement of 19 acquisitions was made. Recently, Memtec has been fighting the bid, but now a raised offer has got them "considering" it. USF is rated a strong by by lots of analysts. What's keeping it down? Will we have to wait for another earnings report, with (we hope) some earnings from all these acquisitions? As someone who bought at 41, I'd really, really like to know. Charles Martin
