It's SOP for the Puke's to leave out any positive or mitigating information since that would fail to support their group short-&-bash efforts/profits. It is interesting that most of the defendants were apparently dropped from the original shotgun blast, plaintiff's attorneys have been swapped out, and the defendant's recent motion to dismiss based on plaintiff's failure to produce material has been overlooked/omitted. Reminds me of the typical Big Oil or Big 3 vs. 100-MPG-Carburetor-Inventor scenario. PPS holding around $0.80, so the bash isn't working anymore. Note: No position, never owned any. .
