If a stock gets delisted during the game, however, the owner must sell the shares or cover the shorts of said stock and will get the value of the last regular closing day.


Hmmm, that's an odd rule. Getting the last traded price or last closing price would probably be too kind for an owner of a stock that got delisted because it was worth zero.
