Rob, I share your frustration. (A good Republican wouldn't use the word "pain"). While I do not approve of the antics of some of the people seemingly connected to Mork, I have seen some distressing things said by RMIL. We've got management sheepishly admitting plants in Hialeah and Ten Sleep not "operating" as they were advertised. Why? And where are the financials? I won't run down the rest of the list, as it is well known here. And we've got a guy named Dempsey Mork, who is steamed about being short this stock. He may have gotten bagged, and he may very well have a case with the SEC. But then, he may not be telling the whole story, although much of what he says seems to check out. But I don't think some of the things pulled here are justified on both sides of the aisle. And we've got everybody suing everybody. And if you think this is the only litigation going on here, you ain't seen nothin'! I would heartily suggest everyone on this thread go back through all the financials and trace the acquisitions. I guarantee you will all find rather intruiging reading. Pay attention to who were the principals in those transactions and how they were later amended and accounted for. I've seen posts here that say Morgan was at the SEC for some time last week. This is a very revealing statement.
