Here's a theory. I'm not saying its a good theory
but, heck, you get what you pay for:

The strength in ASND is from slow and steady
accumulation of a 10% stake. How slow and
steady? Sufficiently slow and steady to take until
December 11, when CPQ will have another 2B shares
authorized by its shareholders. I know I shot the CPQ
theory in the foot by pointing out 2 insider sales that
occurred in November, but maybe those insiders
hadn't read the "Material Non-Public Information" posting
on the bulletin board in the officers' dining room.

So that this post is not totally useless, posted below
