But, it's a HYBRID, Al. I was talking all-electric, like the Nissan Leaf. Less than 100 miles is all you can get, before you need to charge it again, at least for 6 hours or so.

It is a hybrid, but unlike a hybrid, the electric motor does propulsion work. An all electric for short trips around town and a hybrid for long trips.

A traditional hybrid uses the engine to propel the car after a certain speed...take a prius on the freeway in LA and you're running the engine.
