Not much else about the Volt makes it a desirable car - sales figures alone prove that point.

I never considered you to be an intellectual, but this statement of yours is just beyond dumb.

The whole point of the Chevy Volt and other hybrids and electric vehicles is ... wait for it ... FUEL SAVINGS.
