I should have explained why I called it strange. The Saudis are faced with a similar situation of their own. Instead of taking care of their situation they are aiding and abetting the suppression of similar situations in other countries. Besides, they could have helped the revolution in Libya also. Apparently, the Saudi situation turned out to be nothing....well it was something but they effectively suppressed the Day of Rage last Friday. I guess they must be feeling fairly confident at this point.
