YOu have an estimate for how much oil we are not getting with the drill moratorium in the deep gulf etc.....??

You of course understand oil prices are set by the futures market - so when they believe that in the future oil will be harder to get the price goes up.

So why when Bush cancelled the off shore drilling ban did prices go down - even though we never drilled a single well?

Hint: Same reason when Odumbo says thing the prices go up.
