If you are into Biotechs check out...

CNTO...downgraded by a M L analyst after a Phase II trial earlier this week, but his view has been declared in error by ALL other 15 analysts that follow the stock. All renewed their BUY recommendations today and the stock stopped falling about 2pm today and started up, 3/16th. Should take a real jump tomorrow, fell over $10 so has quite a lot of room.

XOMA....getting good news this week from Phase II trials and tommorrow Lancet (Britain's AMAJournal) will carry a strong, positive article about their recent successes.
Should be good for a sizeable up move, if the market cooperates.

Both CNTO and XOMA have threads here in SI....CNTO has options but XOMA does not.

Hi agraff,

Internet infrastructure/commerce networking is a huge growth future growth area, Asia the greatest with Europe the second. Uncertainty in slowdown of economy here and abroad with Asian currency instablity may push out orders for networking gear. I've posted that market direction will not be clear until 4th Q earnings are out. Mohan sees CSCO dropping first before rising, but I'd see CSCO revisiting old highs before it splits and have no idea what may happen in-between.

BAY's future products are very strong, management has vision. More another time. COMS has short-term inventory problems and until it can migrate to higher end products away from commodity items, it will be weak. ASND's technological basis is not sound and it's management suck. My concerns on ASND are not mitigated. ASND is a trade, not an investment ... and I say this holding shares that are deep-sixed. You still holding Apr 40c??
