Gang Rape Of 11-Year-Old By 20 Men Ignites Racial Tension In Texas newsone.com Cleveland, Texas– The alleged gang rape of an 11-year old Hispanic girl by almost 20 African-American men has re-ignited racial tensions the small Texas town, locals say. In the same town that a black man was killed by the police over the theft of a pen in 1988, and has recently had complaints of corruption against 3 black officials; some locals feel that the gang rape will become a “black and white issue”.
