At my wife's pharmacy, they fielded dozens of calls and visits from people wanting to get their potassium iodine yesterday.

I'm sure it's a zoo today. In spite of that reassuring blog post I ran across yesterday pooh-poohing all the news for being sensational, I'm glad for at least 5000 miles between Japan and Seattle, since there isn't a hell of a lot I can do about any cloud that might start heading my way.
