Hey my ACLS worked! COMS was down 5% and had come back to just under even for the day. And I didn't even have to go up to 300 joules! Condition is not critical, but is still somewhat unstable. I'm titrating the dopamine back to 5 mic's per minute to keep systolic at 120.
