Greg,

We are arguing two different points. I am not speaking of long term price appreciation. I am not concerned with APCC's yearly up X% from the open and off X% from the high. I simply noted that the end of the year Q3/4 when APCC's earnings tend to be improved, that the price moves upward - yes by dymanics of the market. My "end of year bias hypothesis" as you say is determined by earnings, thus the market rewards APCC for a period of time. I speak of this from a trading point of view. I know full well that APCC will correct at some time, as all stocks do.

The question I posted to others on the thread was to get opinions on the idea of earnings moving the price higher short term - thus a trade. As stated before on this tread, APCC has had conservative estimates, therefore allowing for a possible EPS upside if the techs as a whole are not down.

Regards, Tob
