Was actually sitting here tonite thinking: "Wonder if GE is going to get sued over defective nuclear power plant design before this is all done?" You can be sure there are some lawyers somewhere thinking the same thing...it's hard to imagine that if a country bought their design (and tacitly approved of it, else why would they have bought it?) and ran it for X number of years w/o problems they could be found culpable, but you know dem lawyers...they'll come up with some angle, and it's all about the cost of defending the suits.
