Except they don't have any tanks permitted to hold the off-gases.

Anyone know who "20 IROQUOIS INC" is and what their business is?

Did they build the tanks and record them under their name or some such?

Or does anyone wonder, as I currently am doing, whether the deal JBII is in the process of cutting with some buyer requires the buyer to take charge of the tank farm? In essense, could JBII be cutting a deal (or have they already done so) where they provide the output to a buyer who is in charge of the tanks?

In any event, who is 20 Iriquois and why do they get to build 20 tanks of JBII's land?

Unless, as a legal technicality, the reason JBII has no responsibility to file such records is that the deal they have cut involves a customer who has the responsibility of managing the tanks. Heck, JBII might have cut a deal where the customer is leasing acerage from JBII and the actual place it will show up is in the balance sheet as rental income.

That would explain why they have not filed. The actual owner is the customer who is leasing acerage, and that customer is not a public company, so they are not required to file.

Not asserting that this is the situatuation. Just thinking out loud.
