Hi Jay--thanks for posting

I agree that sentiment has turned nicely--if you follow my postings, you will know that is one of the things that I felt was imperative for a decent bottom to be established. Please read my posting to OJ for related comments regarding this. Also watch II's bullish/bearish consensus--at good bottoms, the bears exceed the bulls and the bull are in the low 30% range.

I am looking for one more downdraft--which may end up being a reversal day. Could occur in conjunction with an attack on Iraq and a spike in the oil futures. I think for anyone with a longer term perspective, this is a fantastic buying opportunity for quality stocks.

As far as my system is concerned, as you know about half the trades are losers--what I do know is that if one follows every signal without exception one will make a healthy profit--at least that is what has happened in the past few years. The tough part is following the signal and putting ones own opinions aside -- even tougher to follow the system when one has successive losing trades.
