Yes just heard, and that is OFFICIAL--just saw Nuke Spokesmen deliver that statement "All workers, including the minimum amount have been evacuated from the area to safe area"
The major fear is that reactor #2 does in fact have a crack containment wall--its continued leaking out of water pumped ion is signaling that--i can(i am NOT an expert!) comprehend how they can ever seal a breached containment wall--now no one is there, that would mean reactor #2 core is beginnig to melt---at least that is indicated by complete withdrawal of all workers.
It also means radiation has reached such intensity it would be death for all workers left behind.
From one expert, he stated if a core is exposed it starts radiating out lethal Gamma Rays--this seems to be the case.
One element is it is unlikely to be a chernobyl, that put a huge plume of radiation into the air and covered europe.
Reason given. They no longer use graphite, and in Chernobyl the graphite erupted into a massive fire, and there was a significant radiation cloud sent up into the stratospere--believe or not--Nikkei is UP 300 points! BOJ must buying hand over fist.
SPX now 1275 or -6 fair value, but futures reading at +00.40.
