Man that is the truth. I wish I could have taped the conversation I had with the senior mortgage banker at my credit union last week. It was refreshing to hear someone inside say the rules were completely nuts.

Insiders sell in spades, but I've been told that is because they must diversify or something. It sure sounded good. Everything sounds so good to a bull.

Thats about right. Not lending, constricting velocity of money.
