JDN,

If SI and Motley fool knows, then the street knows. Have you ever considered the possibility that the street was factoring in this proposed offering in yesterday's share price drop? JMO

Regards,

Gerry

JDN Maybe the "kicker" is already in.

Excellent point about NFL, "no free lunch", as one of the prime tenets of corporate finance.

Look at the TPRO volume over the past month. I see about 300,000 shares a day, and as we all know, this is the NASDQ so those shares are generally double counted. That means about 150,000 shares purchased daily. If I wanted to go in and buy 1,000,000 shares on the open market, I would double the volume over 7 trading days. What do you think the price would be by that seventh day?

If the guys at TPRO have much savvy in corporate finance, they will have realized that, just locking in a single market price for that large of a purchase is a 10-20% "kicker" in itself, particularly if the price is fixed after the announcement of dilution which will depress the market price another 10-20%. Yes, they are taking advantage of the equity markets for cheaper financing, but this is the way the game is played. I agree it is wise to hold and wait and see what the real deal is before doing anything.

I'm still comfortable with this situation.
