I used Download helper to grab the video, in Flash. Then I use Total Video Converter and convert it to a MP4 file. I really like MP4 files.

I have never tried to combine them, but it is possible when you convert to a format that a video editor will read.

clipconverter.cc

It will save to any file type you want as well.
