Thats the problem I have as well. I have not tried it yet with Camtasia Studio yet, as you can set any size for the produced video. In video editors, you are limited.

You can download a trial version of Camtasia Studio for 30 days. Lots of videos to learn how to use it on their site.

I will try it right now, I will get 2 480p videos off Youtube and combine them in Camtaisa, stand by. Will post a link here to see if this is what you want to do.

Okay here it is, went to YouTube converted 2 videos with Clip Converter to 480p MP4.

Opened Camtasia Studio, imported the videos in, shortened them, and produced a video 480p. (640x360)
