Billy: It is the trend whicch is worrying. Samsung, LG and Hyunday will pay for the sins of others, because the ability of banks to finance these projects is becoming hampered. Until the down spiral of bankrupcies stabilizes, and the write down of assets process is more complete, lending for major projects will be difficult. It is not as if these three stallwart have free cash on their balance sheet and no debt. Furthermore, they are owed money by many of the failing companies and the process of sorting out which receivablke are Kaput and which not will also need to be cleared up.
