Not really. Technically it's a "dead cat bounce". Fundamentally, people who think that Japan is cheap are entering the market as selling slows down. I would not put any thought into a single day fluctuation. Depending on market mood Japan can go down, up or flat from here. Personally, I'd only be interested if there was a swift secondary crash. But perhaps there won't be. There may be too many people waiting to buy on sidelines.
