Thanks. Another topic that interests me that I have to learn about.

Right now I'm focused on learning about building on slopes in California, as I have my eye on an interesting piece of land that just came to market. So far I'm scared to death of the estimated costs to develop it. I think it is a deal because it is small and most in this area want to build monster statement houses.
