"There's no big turmoil around the world, so probably the market should be calmer today," said Evandro dos Reis Junior, a senior trader at local Indusval brokerage. "We won't see the volatility we saw yesterday." The Sao Paulo bolsa's 51-share Bovespa index rose 3.2 percent,or 250 points, in wild trading Thursday to close at 8,072 as the market tracked Wall Street into firmer territory.
