LOI Translated

For those of you who don't speak Pinkese, the following is a proper translation into plain English of the LOI portion of the 3/16/11 press release:

We have a near sale...

Of near fuel...

To a near customer...

In the near future.

Re: None Post # of 96593

When names of would be buyers of JBI fuels are published, a crowd of crows swoop down, fly away with the names and pick them apart.

The buyer of the Naphtha or any other company that will buy fuel from JBI does not need another DEC.
A BARRAGE OF PHONE CALLS FROM THE UNKNOWN DISTURBING AND BEING UNRESPECTABLE

Part of JBI INC.'s success is because he places a high value on personal integrity and represents both his customers and himself in an ethical and respectable manner.

The timeline shifted with the 'update' yesterday. Anyone believing that there would be almost three weeks of p2o sales in the annual report or a full quarter's worth of sales in the first quarter report due May 15th just saw that evaporate.

The timeline shifted with the 'update' yesterday. Anyone believing that there would be almost three weeks of p2o sales in the annual report or a full quarter's worth of sales in the first quarter report due May 15th just saw that evaporate.

August 15th, when the second quater report is due, is now what shareholders can focus on.

Keep in mind, all it takes is an announcement or information floated through the message boards in August about a 'minor' delay, longer-than-expected time needed, small snag, 'enhancement' or other event/non-event to push shareholders expectations for sales a month and a half out into the fourth quarter. Then shareholders can hope sales will show up on...the annual report due March 31, 2012.

Pretty neat, huh? As long as the faithful and patient don't mind that carrot moving constantly away, Mr. Bordynuik has them right where he wants them.
