Well the markets went up to the high value on the overall downtrend line. ie. plotting a
slope from the high values of the OEX overall downtrend on Oct.21, Nov. 5, and Nov.14.
COMPX and INDU in the same relative pattern. It will be interesting if the markets
break this trend early in the week. I don't think this trend will break unless the Nikkei 225 can
show a bottom. Speculators and are saying that we have hit bottom and the overall
downtrend is over, but why? Late summer support? Daytraders made money long going in on Thurs when all
the markets were at the low level of the overall downtrend trendline. Are they taking
profits on those gains or see an overall reversal? Humm. To risky for me without more
info at the high end of the recent indicated downtrend.
