my pitbull shorting guide should be here soon. i have the long system and just dug it out of the drawer. wishing i would have been using it as it appears to work. checked some that i had written down aand almost all were up. just thought i would ask how well the system work for anyone else. it makes more sense than technical analysis or even fundamental analysis, both of which i use, and it is easier and less time conssuming. any track records to share?

Atin: I get IBD at home, but someone emailed me at work and told me there was something on A-17 of today's issue suggesting a "follow through day" occurred yesterday. I beg to differ. If you have the language in a machine, email it to me at jwhite@tjoslin.com. Otherwise, I'll read it when I get home.

O'Neill says any 1% move outside the 3-10 day window is not valid. Read it in Chapter 7. Maybe that's what the article says.

My analysis is: We missed the 3-10 day window which closed Tuesday, 11/11. We had a low/bottom/"blue bar" yesterday 11/13. Notice that we actually went lower yesterday than we did on 11/12, closing higher on the day. Yesterday's action was on higher volume than 11/12, so I'm counting 3-10 days out from 11/13, not 11/12. Window opens, for a 1% move on higher daily volume than the prior day, 11/18.
