Ray- off topic- Ritual pounding which Saddam has become so use to give to its gallant armed forces. I am not worried this is how he keeps in power- he needs diversions from shortages so people may feel what a holy Jihad they are undertaking challanging the world- but does it really make a difference typical bravados is a costly medicine for Iraq and its economy. Yes IKe- He has no real power to threarten US, Britain etc., he is just a pest. However, the market had been looking to go lower and taking all news in the worse case senerio. Now it looks like the market is brushing it off-maybe too early to tell but if so that is a major change in sentiment. Having said that, if it gets to the point of U.S. or allied military action all bets are off. regards, Ray
